Every Story Matters Here
The Open Forum is a peer-led group with no set topic and no filters. Whether you want to vent, reflect, celebrate progress, or ask for perspective — this is a space where your voice matters. There are no rules about what you need to say, how you need to say it, or who you need to be. Just show up as you are.
What Is the Open Forum Group?
Open Forum is an unscripted, participant-driven peer group. There’s no formal curriculum or weekly topic. The conversation flows based on what people bring into the room — from recovery wins and daily stressors to moments of grief, humor, or clarity.
This space is guided by peer facilitators and grounded in mutual respect, confidentiality, and shared lived experience.

What to Expect in This Group
Sessions begin with a short check-in and are guided by whatever’s coming up for participants. You may share a story, ask for advice, offer encouragement, or just listen. Some days are heavy. Some are light. All of them are real.
This group is welcoming, flexible, and held with respect. It’s especially helpful for those who don’t want a structured format but still want consistent, honest support.
