You Don’t Have to Explain Everything
Sometimes, what you really need is a one-on-one conversation with someone who actually gets it. Our certified peer specialists offer support built on shared experience — not judgment or clinical checklists. These sessions are grounded in trust, relatability, and emotional safety.
Whether you’re in early recovery, struggling with motivation, or just need someone to talk to, peer support can meet you exactly where you’re at.
What Are Individual Peer Sessions?
These one-on-one sessions are led by certified peer specialists — people who have lived experience with substance use, recovery, and mental health challenges.
Peer sessions are a space to talk through what’s going on, reflect on your goals, and build a genuine connection. There’s no script and no pressure — just time to feel heard and supported by someone who’s been there.

What to Expect in a Peer Session
You’ll meet one-on-one with a certified peer support specialist for a 30–60 minute session. There’s no formal intake or clinical screening — just open conversation about what’s happening in your life and what support you need.
Whether you talk about cravings, parenting, relationships, work stress, or something else entirely, the goal is the same: support without judgment. These sessions are informal, grounded, and totally centered on you.
