No One Should Navigate Recovery Alone
Families United for Acceptance (FUA) is a free, weekly support group open to the public. Whether you’re a parent, partner, sibling, or friend of someone struggling with substance use or mental health — this group is a place to listen, learn, and feel less alone. You don’t need a referral, diagnosis, or perfect words. Just show up.
What Is FUA?
Families United for Acceptance (FUA) is a peer-led group focused on supporting those impacted by a loved one’s substance use or mental health challenges.
We offer a safe, compassionate space to share your story, gain perspective, and connect with others who understand the emotional toll that comes with watching someone you care about struggle. Everyone deserves support — including you.
What to Expect in FUA
Each session is open-format and shaped by those in the room. We discuss what it means to support someone in recovery without losing yourself in the process. We talk boundaries, hope, burnout, and real ways to stay grounded.
You’ll leave each Tuesday evening with something to think about — and a reminder that your experience matters just as much as the person you’re trying to support.
