Wellness Means More Than Staying Sober
True recovery isn’t just about avoiding substances — it’s about rebuilding your life in ways that feel stable, meaningful, and worth holding on to. The 8 Dimensions of Wellness group is designed to help you explore physical, emotional, social, financial, and other aspects of your wellbeing through open discussion and self-reflection. No pressure. Just honest space for growth.
What Is the 8 Dimensions of Wellness Group?
This group explores eight interconnected areas of personal wellbeing: emotional, physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, financial, and occupational.
Through weekly themes and peer-led discussion, participants reflect on what wellness looks like for them, identify areas they want to improve, and share ideas that have worked in real life—not just in theory.
What to Expect in This Group
Each session is structured around one of the eight dimensions, with peer conversation and small reflective activities. You'll explore where you're thriving and where you’re struggling — and most importantly, how to take small steps in the direction you want to go.
This isn’t therapy. It’s real-world support from people who understand how messy growth can be. No shame, no judgment — just space to think, talk, and grow.
