Letting Go of What’s Not Yours to Carry

Codependency can sneak up on you — especially when you’ve been stuck in survival mode. This group is a space to talk about what happens when helping turns into losing yourself. Whether it’s in relationships, family roles, or old emotional habits, you’ll gain awareness and tools to set boundaries, stop overextending, and start showing up for yourself without guilt.

What Is the Codependency Group?

This group explores how codependency forms — often from trauma, family dynamics, or learned survival patterns — and how it impacts boundaries, communication, and emotional wellbeing.

Through peer conversation and guided topics, participants identify where they’re stuck in unhealthy cycles and learn how to create new ways of showing up in relationships that center honesty, self-respect, and clarity.

What to Expect in This Group

Sessions focus on real-life examples of how codependency plays out — people-pleasing, guilt, avoidance, caretaking, resentment — and how to respond differently. You’ll learn with and from others who’ve been through it.

Each meeting offers open conversation, shared tools, and a safe place to question old patterns without shame. You decide how much to share — just being present is enough.
