Understanding the Process of Reaching Out

“Identifying Needs and Gaining Help” is the process of recognizing when something isn’t right—whether mentally, emotionally, or behaviorally—and taking steps to seek support. This could be for yourself, your child, or someone else in your care. It starts with awareness, builds through reflection and honest conversations, and results in action through informed decisions.

This group provides practical steps, compassionate advice, and community-based tools to help you confidently move from concern to connection.
