Let the Rhythm Help You Heal
Music therapy creates space for emotional release, relaxation, and shared expression through rhythm, melody, and sound. Whether listening, playing, or simply being present, participants find new ways to connect with their emotions and with others. No musical skill is needed—just a curiosity to explore how music can support healing and growth.
About the Music Therapy Group
This peer-led group is for anyone who wants to explore how music can improve emotional well-being. Participants engage in activities like guided listening, percussion exercises, rhythm games, lyric discussions, and sometimes even simple instrument use or vocal expression.
You don’t need to sing, play an instrument, or read music. The focus is on how sound and rhythm can bring calm, inspiration, and clarity. Group members are encouraged to share how music impacts their lives and to explore new ways it can be used for emotional balance and connection.
